President's Message:
" A course of reform and creativity is the only possible choice for the country! We have no other way if we want to stand up to the challenges facing Kyrgyzstan. In one year's work, the government and parliament achieved the work of 6 to 7 years. The decisive factor was the understanding and respect between the government, parliament, businesses and experts. The process proved once again that we can all work productively for a single goal- for the benefit of the country."
